(Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court by way of present writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari/mandamus for declaring the action of official respondents in including the area of village Nagla Megha (which has exclusive Country Liquor vend) within the command area of village Manglora (which has both vends i.e. IMFL & Country Liquor), adversely affecting the additional right of Country Liquor vend to sell beer and is also violative of the objects of Excise Policy as well as Articles 14, 16 & 19 of the Constitution of India. A prayer for direction to the official respondents not to include the area of village Nagla Megha within the command area of village Manglora and further also not to allow the setting up of sub vend of IMFL (L-2) at village Nagla Megha has also been made. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondents by filing a detailed and comprehensive representation in respect of the claim as raised in the present writ petition. 3.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioner to take recourse to the remedies available to him in accordance with law.
