**** SUKHVINDER KAUR , J. (Oral) Present petition has been filed under Section 482 of BNSS for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.09 dated 27.01.2024 under Sections 379-B, 323, 427, 148, 149 IPC, registered at Police Station City Fazilka, District Fazilka.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Jaswant Singh, has apprised the court that in compliance of order dated 25.06.2025 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is not required.

In view of the aforesaid submission made by learned State counsel, the instant petition is allowed and the relief, as extended to the petitioner by this Court vide order dated 25.06.2025, is hereby made absolute.
