(Oral) Today, at the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all the pleas as have been raised herein before the Trial Court at the stage of consideration as regards framing of charges including his specific plea to the effect that the matter had initially been compromised amongst the parties and that on the basis of said compromise the complainant has already taken the benefit.
