(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside order dated 13.06.2025 (Annexure P-10) whereby, the prayer for grant of interim stay made by the petitioner was declined. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the learned Commissioner, Hisar Division, Hisar has already passed a final order, therefore he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail her remedies against the Commissioner's order in accordance with law. 3.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
