The learned counsel representing the petitioner admits that the Inquiry Officer did not find any substance in the memorandum of charge sheet issued against the petitioner, however, he is unaware of the final decision taken by the disciplinary authority. 2.

The learned State counsel submits that if the disciplinary authority has not already taken any final decision, the same shall be taken within a period of one month, positively, from today. 3.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the present writ petition is disposed of.
