This petition, under Section 439 Cr.P.C., has been filed seeking regular bail in FIR No. 26, dated 17th March, 2021, under Sections 21 and 29 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short, 'the Act'), registered at Police Station Sadar, Ahmedgarh, District Malerkotla (earlier District Sangrur).

One of the plea taken was that the vehicle in question is Taxi and was hired by the co-accused.
