Present writ petition is for issuance of directions to the respondents to release the pending salary and all the retiral benefits including gratuity and leave encashment along with interest to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that no disciplinary proceedings are pending against the petitioner and he superannuated on 30.11.2012, but still he has not been paid his salary and any retiral benefits. His representation-cum-legal notice dated 14.02.2018 (Annexure P3) has also not been decided by the respondents.
