This is a petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for issuing directions to the official respondents to decide the written complaint/representation dated 07.10.2020 (Annexure P-1) made by the petitioner to respondent No.2 herein.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has contended that the petitioner has been cheated by the private respondents herein, inasmuch as, false and forged sale deeds have been executed by the private respondents despite their not being owners of the land.

Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Ms. Jaspreet Kaur, AAG, Punjab has joined the session through video conferencing and accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASIBhupinder Singh, has submitted that an inquiry has already been marked into the representation dated 07.10.2020 (Annexure P-1) and is being conducted by ASI-Bhupinder Singh.
