- 2 - CRM-M-43545-2021 (O&M) This Court vide order dated 5.2.2020 passed in CRM-M-526512019 has already dismissed a petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. filed on behalf of the petitioner by passing a detailed order. In these circumstances, this Court is of the opinion that the second petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. does not deserve to be entertained particularly when there is no significant change in circumstances. The petition, as such, is dismissed.
