State counsel opposes the maintainability of the present petition on the ground that once proclamation proceedings are pending then petition for anticipatory bail is not maintainable without stay on that order or quashing of the same. 3.

On this, counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh and after challenging the proclamation proceedings qua the petitioner.
