Today, at the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondents/authorities concerned be directed to comply with their own order dated 9.7.2024 (Annexure P-5), wherein it has been recorded that the case of the petitioner for his premature release is due on 30.9.2024 and that his premature release case will be sent to State Level Committee for consideration on due date.
