Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be allowed to withdraw the present petition, however, counsel for the petitioner sought a liberty to re-access this Court, in case there is inordinate delay in disposal of the trial.

Consequently, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty, however, the learned trial Court is directed to ensure the speedy disposal of the trial.
