Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, but without commenting anything as regards the veracity of the averments made in the petition, the same is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3-Superintendent of Police, Patiala, to ensure that the matter arising out of FIR No.0254, dated 09.08.2023, Police Station Tripri, District Patiala under Sections 295-A, 323, 307, 506, 148, 149 IPC is got investigated fairly and expeditiously so that a final report be submitted thereafter at the earliest.

2. A copy of this order be sent to respondent No.3-Superintendent of Police, Patiala, for necessary compliance.
