The detenue namely 'Aarju Kamboj' has been produced by the SHO concerned before this Court. The detenue has stated that she is 21 years old, and that she has solemnized marriage with the petitioner and wants to stay with the petitioner only.

In view of above, it is hereby observed that being major, the petitioner is at liberty to take a decision at her own level, with whom she wants to stay.

In view of above-mentioned observations, the learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this petition. 4.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
