This is a petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for issuance of directions to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to conduct fair, proper and impartial enquiry on the applications filed by the petitioner (Annexure P-3 and P-4) and to take necessary action in accordance with law.

Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Ms. Jaspreet Kaur, AAG, Punjab, who has joined the session through video conferencing, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents-State. She, on instructions from ASI Ranjit Singh, states that the enquiry has been marked to the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Ahmedgarh who is looking into the matter. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in the present case, at this stage. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed off.
