This is a petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for issuance of appropriate directions to respondent Nos.1 to 3 for addition of relevant sections under the Arms Act, 1959 in FIR No.232 dated 22.08.2020 under Sections 451, 427, I48, I49 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station Ghumon, District Batala, Punjab.

Learned State counsel at the outset, on instructions from ASI Palwinder Singh, has stated that an enquiry has already been marked qua the same to the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sri Hargobindpur. In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
