(Oral) Petitioner No.1 who is working as Lecturer in Math in Government Senior Secondary School (Boys) and petitioner No.2, who is working as Master in Math at Government Senior Secondary School, Fazilka, have impugned their transfer order dated 21.11.2017, Annexure P-3 from Fazilka to Toor, District Tarn Taran and S.H.S. village Tara Singh in District Tarn Taran respectively.

By virtue of interim order passed at the time of issuance of notice of motion, petitioners have been working at Fazilka. This court does not intend to enter into the merits of the case. Petition is, thus, hereby disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to examine the grievance of the petitioners afresh and pass a speaking order within two months. Till then petitioners would be allowed to continue at Fazilka.
