(ORAL) The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in FIR No.2, dated 04.01.2021, registered at Police Station Hassanpur, District Palwal, under Sections 148, 149, 285, 307, 323 & 324 IPC (Annexure P-1). Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order dated 02.09.2022, petitioner has joined the investigation and has been cooperating therewith. This is not disputed by the learned counsel for the State.
Accordingly, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 02.09.2022, is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions enshrined under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, by him.
