(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing auction notice dated 17.06.2025 for leasing of concerned land (Annexure P-9) and eviction order dated 03.07.2024 (Annexure P-8).

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to avail their remedy of appeal against the eviction order, in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
