ARUN PALLI, J. (ORAL) On May 04, 2017, this Court had passed the following order:- "

There is yet another request for adjournment by counsel for the petitioners. On the last date, the following order was passed:- "

On request of learned counsel for the petitioners, adjourned to 04.05.2017.

As the instant petition is pending for motion hearing since 2014, it is made clear that no further adjournment shall be granted.

A photocopy of this order be placed on the file of another connected cases."

In these circumstances, I see no reason to grant further time. However, on the request of counsel for Prashant Kapoor 2018.03.21 17:17 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

CWP-8196-2014 the petitioners, these cases are adjourned to 21.11.2017 subject to payment of `2500/- as costs in each case to be deposited with the Reconciliation and Mediation Centre of this Court. Photocopy of this order be placed on the connected matters."

Office report indicates that the costs, in terms of the said order, has not been deposited, though almost a year has gone by. Rather, an adjournment is prayed for.
