RAJIVE BHALLA, J (Oral) The petitioners pray for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the Deputy Commissioner, Karnal, District Karnal, the authority constituted under the policy, to decide representation dated 13.02.2015 (Annexure P-2).

Counsel for the petitioners submits that as plots have been allotted to ineligible persons, the petitioners made a representation to the Deputy Commissioner, Karnal, pointing out illegalities in the allotment but the Deputy Commissioner, Karnal, has not taken any notice of the illegalities or held any enquiry or passed any order. We have heard counsel for the petitioners and in view of the limited nature of the prayer made before us, dispose of the writ petition by directing the Deputy Commissioner, Karnal, to decide the petitioners' representation, if not already decided, within one month from receipt of a certified copy of this order.
