  The petitioner complains that his application for grant of a route permit has not been decided by the Transport Commissioner, Haryana. On 26.10.2021, the learned counsel for the State of Haryana was requested to take instructions.

Sh. Samarth Sagar, Additional Advocate General, Haryana admits that the application has not been decided yet. However, he submits that the application has been received beyond the time prescribed. Be that as it may. Once an application has been submitted, the competent authority is required to pass an order.
