**** AJAY TEWARI, J.(Oral) By this petition the petitioner has prayed for issuance of directions to the respondents to declare the result of the re-evaluation before the next date of exam i.e. 06.01.2018.

Counsel for respondent No. 3 and 4 states that re-evaluation result of the petitioner would be finally declared on or before 5.1.2018. Counsel for the petitioner states that in this view of the statement, the present petition has been rendered infructuous. Consequently, the petition stands dismissed as such. Since the main case has been decided, the pending C.M, if any, also stand disposed of.
