(proceedings conducted through video conferencing) ***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J .(Oral) Today, at the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to move an appropriate application before the Trial Court seized of the confiscation proceedings and to specifically raise a plea that the vehicle in question stands hypothecated with the petitioner and that in these circumstances it is the petitioner, who would have a first right on the said vehicle.
