(Oral) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.79 dated 16.07.2019 under Sections 498-A, 406 IPC registered at Police Station Sadar Gurdaspur, District Gurdaspur. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Kuldeep Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and during the course of investigation, he has been found innocent. In view of the aforesaid, the present petition is allowed and the interim order dated 21.08.2019 is made absolute.
