(ORAL) This is a petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a direction to official respondents to consider and decide the representation dated 25.05.2026 (Annexure P-1) submitted by the petitioners for protecting the life and liberty of the petitioners; dispossession and preventive action against the private respondents. 2.

A perusal of the record indicates that none had caused appearance on behalf of the petitioner on 03.06.2026, and in the interest of justice, the matter was adjourned for today, i.e. 08.06.2026. 3.

Today again, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioners to pursue the matter. It seems that petitioners are no longer interested in pursuing the instant petition.

That being so, the Court is choiceless but to dismiss the petition for non-prosecution.
