(Oral) Petitioner-Nura @ Nooran, aged 50 years, has filed this petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023, seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.50 dated 04.05.2026 under Sections 137(2), 87 BNS, 2023, registered at Police Station Balianwali, District Bathinda. 2.

On the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petition may be disposed of having been rendered infructuous as petitioner has already been arrested.
