On the last date of hearing i.e. 15.07.2024, following order was passed by this Court:- "None is present on behalf of the petitioner. As per office report, notice could not be issued to the respondents for want of process fee. Even affidavit and other documents to be filed by the petitioner in compliance of last order dated 28.02.2024 have not been placed on record. Adjourned to 29.07.2024.
Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to file process fee within two weeks and on his doing so, fresh notice be issued to the respondents for the date fixed.

As per office report, notice could not be issued to the respondents for want of process fee; as also affidavit of the petitioner giving details of movable and immovable properties owned by him, his parents, his avocation and income from all sources, has not been filed. Perusal of the order sheets shows that notice of motion was issued in the present case on 28.02.2024. However, notice could not be issued till date for want of process fee. The case was adjourned at the request of learned counsel for the petitioner on 18.10.2023, 30.10.2023, 15.12.2023 and 20.02.2024. None appeared on behalf of the petitioner on the last date of hearing i.e. 15.07.2024. Today also, neither there is any representation on behalf of the petitioner nor the last order dated 15.07.2024 is complied with. Therefore, it can safely be presumed that the petitioner or his counsel is not interested in pursuing the present petition.
In view of the above, present petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. Pending application, if any, stands disposed of. 29.07.2024 ( NIDHI GUPTA ) Divyanshi JUDGE Whether speaking/reasoned:
