(Oral) The petitioner is seeking directions to the respondents to grant him benefit of retiring pension and pensionary benefits, as per length of his service by counting his contractual/temporary service with his regular service and pay arrears of pension and pensionary benefits. A detailed legal notice dated 12.02.2016 in this regard (P-3) has been given but no action has been taken till date. Learned counsel for the petitioner states, that at this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied, if directions are issued to respondents to decide the legal notice, referred to above.

In view of above, without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to GAURAV ARORA 2016.04.12 16:22 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
