(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for quashing of FIR No.83 dated 08.05.2020 registered under Sections 452, 324, 447, 506, 148, 149, 427 IPC at Police Station Koom Kalan, District Ludhiana.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Paramjit Singh, submits that during investigation petitioner was found innocent and challan has already been presented against other accused persons. In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition.
