The challenge in the instant revision petition is to the order dated 02.08.2022 passed by learned Additional District Judge, Narnaul in CMA No.75 of 2020 titled as 'Attar Singh and others Vs. Karan Singh and others' whereby order dated 17.09.2020 passed by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Mohindergarh has been reversed. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the suit itself has been withdrawn vide order dated 24.11.2023 passed by the Court of learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Mohindergarh, therefore, the instant revision petition has been rendered infructuous. 3.
