(ORAL) Feeling aggrieved against the alleged inaction on the part of respondent authorities, the petitioners have approached this Court, by way of instant writ petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are seeking only a writ of Mandamus but because of inadvertent mistake, they did not approach the respondent authorities by moving an appropriate representation before filing the present writ petition. He further submits that given an opportunity, petitioners shall approach the competent authority, i.e. the Director of Industrial Training and Vocational Education Haryana-respondent No.2 by moving an appropriate representation within a period of four weeks from today and he may be directed to consider and decide the same, within a reasonable time.

Civil Writ Petition No. 701 of 2015 Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, lest it should prejudice the rights of either of the parties, the Director of Industrial Training and Vocational Education Haryana-respondent No.2 is directed that if the petitioners approach him by moving an appropriate representation within a period of four weeks from today, he shall consider and decide the same at an early date by passing an appropriate order thereon, strictly in accordance with law and also keeping in view the order dated 7.11.2003 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No. 8745 of 2003 (Hargurpratap Singh and others Vs. State of Punjab and others), a Division Bench order dated 24.1.2008 passed by this Court in CWP No.

5289 of 2007 (Ashok Kumar and others Vs. State of Haryana and others) and order dated 8.5.2012 passed by this Court in CWP No. 7446 of 2012 (Davinder Kumar and others Vs. State of Haryana and others), but in any case within a period of three months from the date of receipt of representation from the petitioners.
