Gulati, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of respondent No.4 and submits that Reena, sister of petitioner, who is alleged to be detenue, has married with respondent No.4 and is living with him. She has also filed protection petition bearing No.CWP-21893-2019, which is pending for today before Co-ordinate Bench of this Court and petitioner Sandeep Kumar is one of the respondent in that petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to raise the plea taken in this petition before the Co-ordinate Bench and to avail other legal remedies available to the petitioner.
