Present writ petition is for issuance of directions to the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner for his appointment on compassionate grounds on account of the death of his father, namely Sawinder Singh, who was working as Head Constable in Border Security Force.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner had been repeatedly making representations (Annexures P3, P6 & P9) and his latest representation is dated 01.08.2018 (Annexure P10), but no action is being taken thereon.
