Counsel for the respondents states that the enquiry, which was pending against the petitioner, due to which his pensionary benefits were withheld, has already been decided and vide order dated 22.02.2019 (Annexure R-2) a cut of 50% pension permanently has been imposed upon the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner states that in view of the reply filed, he be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to the petitioner to avail his appropriate remedy against the order of punishment dated 22.02.2019 (Annexure R-2).
