Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondents be directed to issue him sports gradation certificate on the basis of his achievements and thereafter to consider him qualified and selected for the Group D post under ESP Quota. However, he faced with the fact that a demand ought to have been raised as a pre-requisite to seeking a writ of mandamus, wishes to withdraw the instant petition to enable him to file a representation, which he prays may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner.

Dismissed as withdrawn. In case petitioner submits a representation within a period of 4 weeks, the same be considered and decided expeditiously, in accordance with law.
