(ORAL) Prayer in this petition is for setting aside the order dated 17.01.2019 passed by the trial Court, vide which the petitioners were declared proclaimed persons in FIR No.94 dated 26.05.2017 under Sections 406 & 420 IPC, Police Station Sadar, District Hoshiarpur. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in compliance of VISHNU 2022.03.10 11:09 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Punjab & Haryana High Court, Chandigarh.

In virtual Court CRM-M-33850-2019 -2the order dated 21.08.2019, the petitioners have appeared before the trial Court and have deposited the costs of Rs.2,000/- each with the concerned District Legal Services Authority.

Learned State counsel, assisted by learned counsel for respondent No.2 and on instructions from the Investigating Officer, has not disputed the aforesaid factual position.

In view of the above, present petition is allowed. The order dated 21.08.2019 passed by this Court, granting interim bail to the petitioners, is made absolute and the order dated 17.01.2019 passed by the trial Court, vide which they were declared proclaimed persons in aforesaid FIR, is set aside.
