Mr. S.S. Mattewal, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite all his efforts, he has not been able to establish contact with the LRs of the decedent-petitioner.

In view of his statement, the petition is dismissed as infructuous without expressing any final opinion as to whether the matter is abated. In case, the LRs come forward at any stage, they can make an appropriate application in this disposed of matter for its revival.
