Present second petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of bail pending trial to the petitioner in FIR No.200 dated 12.06.2023, under Section 379-B(2) read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Islamabad, District Amritsar, Punjab.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to accept the prayer, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, wishes to withdraw the present petition, "at this stage". 3.
