Present writ petition is for quashing the inaction of the respondents for not reimbursing the medical claim of the petitioner despite the fact that he submitted all the relevant documents twice or thrice with them.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that for the redressal of his grievance, petitioner made detailed representation dated 16.04.2018 (Annexure P2), which has not been decided till date by the respondents.
