The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C./ 528 of BNSS, 2023 seeking quashing of order dated 29.03.2025 (Annexure P-2) passed by learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Gidderbaha in case bearing No. CHI-4-2021 dated 16.02.2018 in FIR No.29 dated 16.02.2018 under Sections 66, 67-A of IT Act, 2000 and Section 509 IPC, 1860 registered at Police Station Gidderbaha, District Sri Muktsar Sahib whereby the petitioners have been declared as proclaimed persons. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the petitioners were not aware of the trial proceedings pending in the aforementioned FIR, due to which they could not appear before the trial Court ever. The petitioners came to know about order dated 29.03.2025 passed by learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Gidderbaha. CRM-M No.34918 of 2025 -2-   join the proceedings and shall appear before the trial Court. Learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions further submits that the petitioners undertake to appear before the trial Court on each and every date and shall not seek any exemption from their personal appearance on any date of hearing before the trial Court. Hence, in the aforementioned facts and circumstances, the petitioners pray that directions be issued to the Trial Court that their bail applications, which they would be filing on their surrender, be decided expeditiously. 3.

Mr. Kamalpreet Bawa, DAG, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State. Mr. Apoorva Arya, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.2 and states that he has no objection in case the impugned order dated 29.03.2025 is quashed.  5.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the material placed on record.

No legitimate ground to interfere in the impugned order dated 29.03.2025 is made out and the present petition is hereby, disposed of.  7.

However, in case the petitioner surrenders before the trial Court within 07 days from today at 10:00 A.M and moves an application for grant of regular bail, on his doing so, the trial Court shall consider and decide the same within next 02 days, thereafter, in accordance with law.  07th July, 2025 (H.S.
