**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already been convicted by the trial Court on 11.07.2023 and this petition has become infructuous. Learned State counsel with reference to the show cause notice issued to the defaulting official witness (PW-14) submits that an action has been recommended against the defaulting official and final order is yet to be passed by the competent authority.

In view of above, this petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. However, the final order (if any) passed qua recommended action against the defaulting official witness be brought on record within a period of three months from today.
