(Oral) The present petition has been filed by the petitioners under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.51 dated 01.07.2019 registered under Sections 323, 324, 506 & 34 IPC (Section 326 IPC, added later on) at Police Station Maloud, District Khanna. Pursuant to order dated 22.08.2019 report from the mediation centre of this court has been received submitting therein that the parties could not reach at any amicable settlement.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuant to the interim direction granted vide order dated 22.08.2019, the present petitioners have joined the investigation.
