This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondents No.1 to 6 for initiating action against the erring police officials of Police Station Kaithal as well as respondents No.7 to 13 for abuse of the position/posts held by them and for registration of false FIR No.235 dated 06.12.2018 under Section 25 of the Arms Act and Sections 395/397 IPC, against the petitioner. CWP No.21945 of 2019 [2] sheet in the abovesaid FIR No.235 dated 06.12.2018 stands filed against the petitioner. The complaint filed by him before the Human Rights Commission against the police officials, has also been decided, whereby they have not been found at fault.
An adjournment is prayed for on behalf of the petitioner. However, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is unable to deny the factual position as above.
Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of this case, no orders are called for in this writ petition which is dismissed, at this stage. Needless to say, the petitioner is at liberty to avail remedy/remedies if any, available to him. ( LISA GILL ) February 13 , 2020.
