**** AMIT RAWAL, J. (ORAL) Petitioners are seeking indulgence of this Court for directing the respondents to fill up the vacant posts of EBPGC Category from General Category candidates, who are existing in waiting list as per letter dated 05.06.2019 (Annexure P-4) and in this regard, had submitted representation dated 08.07.2019 (Annexure P-7), but there is no adherence thereto. Without going into the merits and de-merits of the case, I dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to respondents to consider representation dated 08.07.2019 (Annexure P-7) in view of letter dated 05.06.2019 (Annexure P-4) and take appropriate decision thereon, in accordance with law, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

It is made clear that if decision is not taken within the time frame, there shall be costs of `25,000/- to be paid to the petitioners by the concerned Officer, who is responsible in not taking decision. However, in case, the claim of the petitioners is to be rejected, then a well reasoned and speaking order be passed and conveyed to the petitioners.
