RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) This is the second petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.112, dated 17.08.2020, under Sections 376-AB and 511 IPC, Sections 4, 6, 10 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and Sections 3(1)(w)(i) and Section 3(2)(v) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act (added later on), registered at Police Station Subhanpur, District Kapurthala.

It has been submitted by learned State counsel that petitioner in this case has been acquitted by the trial Court and hence the present petition has become infructuous and may be disposed of as such.
