This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for directing the respondents for free and fair inquiry by some higher official against the accused persons on the representation dated 18.05.2022 (Annexure P-1) moved by the petitioner and pending before respondents no.2 to 4 with regard to cheating and forgery by the accused persons. It has also been prayed to get the matter investigated from some independent agency within a framed period of time.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail alternative remedy, available to the petitioner, in accordance with law.
