(ORAL) Present Civil Revision Petition has been filed under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for setting aside order dated 27.05.2025 (Annexure P-1); whereby in Execution Application bearing No. EXE-116-2025 preferred by the respondent, learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), SAS Nagar, District Mohali has issued warrants of possession.
At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous as the possession has been delivered to the respondent. Learned counsel for the respondent does not dispute the above said fact.
