Learned State counsel states that the elections were conducted on 10.01.2016 for the post of Sarpanch of Gram Panchayat Village Kheri Raiwali and term of Sarpanch also expired after a period of 05 years, as there was no interim stay in the present case. In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as having become rendered infructuous.
