(Oral) Petitioners are seeking direction to the respondents to allow them to continue on their respective posts held by them till the appointment of regular incumbent, in terms of CWP No. 9300 of 2015 titled as Mrs. Menka and others vs. State of Haryana and others and connected matters, decided on 05.05.2016. Further prayer of the petitioners is to quash the practice adopted by the respondent-University to discontinue/relieve the petitioner during vacations/breaks period (including summer vacations) Issue notice of motion On asking of the Court, Ms. Palika Monga, DAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to supply copy of the petition to the learned State counsel by today itself during the course of the day.
It has remained undisputed that the relief sought by the petitioner in the instant writ petition has already been sought by another applicants/petitioners before this Court in CWP No. 9300 of 2015 titled as Mrs. Menka and others vs. State of Haryana and others and connected matters, decided on 05.05.2016. The aforesaid petition was allowed of by interpreting Rules and Regulations.
